The worst company you may deal with.
Very poor services
All the employees are suffering from the work environment. Late salaries and zero rights!
No one would expect these employees to be loyal and hard working.

If you want to ruin your business then you may deal with Tafaseel. The worst on earth!

Most of their employees end up in labor court as this company don't provide full employee right as per labor law!! Very bad company!! 1 year and I m getting salary from exchange and when through bank, it is paid very late!!

I came to bring my sister for an interview. The crowd was huge and the workers were so rude and slow leaving the people out in the heat. What topped that is that employees from the company kept coming out, taking some people from among the crowd and bringing them into the building. There were others taking photographs of the crowd. Is it just a show and they have already chosen whom to hire or what? I do not think this is acceptable in UAE.
