What a great experience from the time of booking to the actual rides! Kamran was wonderful to communicate with especially in doing payment from the USA and arranging transport for 18 people. The drivers arrived on time, drove safely, and were friendly. Traveling with 8 kids under 11 is stressful and Gatwick Minibus made it easy to/from the airport.

We booked Gatwick minibuses for a family day to the beach. They were excellent! Great driver and on time to drop and collect us.

Really good customer service too when trying to finalise dates and times.

Would recommend and use again.

Thank you to Gatwick mini buses for accomdating a coach for a big group of us attending the day out. Kamran has fantastic communication throughout the process and has been great at helping me to organise the transport. Both the drivers Sanjiv and Ali were both lovely and made both journeys fun for us all. We will definitely be using Gatwick mini buses again and highly recommend to anyone considering their service

Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Accommodated us at short notice with a late request on Xmas eve. Communication from Kamran was clear, concise and very proactive. Our driver Brian was excellent. Will definitely use again ????

Great service for providing my daughter transport to and from school daily as part of the school transport service. Kamran takes great pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and is responsive to last minute changes in plans and ensuring kids get safely to destination. Over the years he and his drivers have proven to be trustworthy and reliable with a modern up ti date fleet

Have used Gatwick minibuses for a number of years now highly recommend them Kamran has always gone the extra mile to make me feel such a valued customer. The drivers are always punctual friendly and helpful This year Ray was amazing so nice and friendly really added to our day out having him get us to and from the venue we were in very safe hands Thanks Ray Thanks Kamran same time next year ????
