The food was good and they give u a huge steel plate with the food. There were different types of rice and different types of meats. Overall I would recommend for people having a big gathering to order this.

This time eid lunch was sorted out from this awesome place. I am considering this as a hidden gem. Had this whole goat asking three different rices. It almost covered 30 guys and was really good. Also you should try their grilled dishes, they are really delectable.

This place is just fantastic for Grills.Food is great and surprisingly cheap. On top of that huge quantity . It is not recommended to dine in over there with family because they have a very small sitting area. Better to take away or order from home .Highly recommended .

Fantastic place to have mix grills and Shawarma. They have One of the best Mutton Shawarma which i ever had. It’s yummy n with Potato chips ,salads.

The grills are well cooked and with super taste. They serve with three kinds of rice in little portion.

I suggest this place to everyone who wish try to arab cuisines with pocket friendly.

We ordered 2kg mix grill at 95 Aed. If you are looking for budget friendly Grill then its good to have.

After a catastrophic experience with Emirates, it’s good to know you can rely on a Superb Customer care from Virgin Atlantic. I flew with the once from San Francisco to London and Manchester to Orland and back. On all three flights, they have provided me with the same best customer experience. The Virgin Points allowed me to pay for one of these flights a very small price. Keep going VA! Best of luck.

Recently travelled with them to Pakistan. Their premium class is quite good when it comes to seats and leg space.
Food selection on the return flight was excellent.
Attitude of onboard crew needs some schooling and basic teaching of good customer service.
Airport staff was brilliant on both sides.

Just returned from a two week trip to Orlando using Virgin Atlantic Economy Delight. Disappointed with some aspects but overall it was a positive experience. The number of movies with closed captions was poor, seemed all the latest titles had none, should not be the case in 2023, being deaf I need these to understand what's going on. Why is the headphone socket still in the armrests!?Every slight movement I made caused the sound to go mono or cut out completely. The food was alright, but chicken curry both ways is a bit poor, the breakfast was awful, definitely not one to suit the masses (very large yoghurt, banana muffin and pomegranate cereal bar).

Staff were great and flights were smooth and on-time. Now I must try to replicate that landing at Heathrow on MSFS2020 as I didn't feel a thing hitting the tarmac! ????

Destroyed my bag at Heathrow. D
I had to travel three weeks later still no bag so I had to buy my own replacement. 45 days to answer emails chasing. Gave up. Horrible airline service. See photos of destroyed bags at Heathrow T3. Disgruntled baggage handlers! After this virgin experience I would advise no one to fly virgin!

I’ve never had this experience with Virgin before in my life and I’m a frequent flyer. Lost baggage, left me almost stranded in Las Vegas on Christmas Eve. No way to contact them. Googled the address because if this is not resolved I will literally turn up to the office.

I've been searching online for a good deal for flight tickets from Calgary, Sam was the best options, their customer service is incredibly helpful and inform me about the best Air canada airline. Highly recommend! A+++++

My father has traveled to the US from the UK, he has been without his bag for 4 days and has had no help or support from Virgin. He doesn’t have access to his medications which is causing him great pain. I’m shocked by this treatment, we are completely in the dark. If anyone at Virgin is reading this please urgently provide me with a contact number that doesn’t have a 2 hour wait time or automated line that simple sends us in circles. Edit make that a week without it and no updates. Absolutely pathetic service.
