The worst experience I had with this place. The maid asked to go back without working and they made me pay all the money. The maids are horrible and they know that the office is supporting them. And they know the trick of going back and you will lose your money.

I had very negative experience with this branch. I applied for made request application last night through one of the counter. The female employee (not mentioning the name) who did my application request was unprofessional. The way how she receives customers was very bad. She is Unfriendly With customers such as never smiles. She does all transactions on the credit card without explanation to customers. I had similar experience on one Tadbeer branches and the were very professional to customers on all aspects from the minute to walk in to the minute to walk out (explaining every single step) Personally I don't recommend to deal with this branch since you will pay some money on other tadbeer branches with very professional services and better employee attitude.
I thought it's something worthy to shear

Disappointed they just ignore you and not return your money even though they got the maid back. And told me to go and complain we don't care we will not return your money .

Monaliza Worst customer service ever and dont expect get immidiate refund for return housemaids from them they dont follow the rules DONT GO THERE if you looking for housemaids.
