This establishment serves the best Karak Tea in the UAE, without question. However, the taste and quality of their sandwiches could be improved. Fortunately, the prices are reasonable, so there are no complaints on that front. The staff could benefit from some additional training, as they occasionally misunderstand orders.

When they brought the bottle of water folded by tissue I understand that the cafeteria is managed by professional team, next day I came I order food, you will not usual smell of oil and everything done fresh clean.. for high standard

Beef paratha sandwich was very good. Tea is also very tasty.
Don't try the chicken sandwich, i found it a bit on a bland side
