I would highly recommend this company, absolutely impeccable!! The guys are always polite, friendly and helpful. How they keep their patience in a household like mine is amazing to say the least. Katie is wonderful and bubbly too. She is always obliging and willing to help……they all are really!!!
We have never had any problems with the alarm system. Faultless!

We had another great visit by Jack, customer service absolutely brilliant and such a nice guy. So respectful of our home while he completed his work, incredibly thorough and really knows his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend not only Jack but the whole company, even the organisation of the appointment was really efficient and polite, working with our availability. Thank you CBT Alarms!

Had a sensor problem and literally nobody else we were recommended would help. These guys were super friendly and helpful sending someone out THE SAME DAY for no extra charge or emergency fee. Jack sorted us out quickly and efficiently and was very knowledgeable and informative. Katie booked us in and kept us updated to timings etc. Will absolutely be using and recommending this company in the future. Such a relief to have someone you can trust and rely on! Thank you!

CTB know their stuff, use brilliant engineers and high quality products. You can get cheap stuff on line and fit yourself or be totally reassured that you have something that works all the time. I would very highly recommend CTB

I contacted CTB when my alarm developed a fault and their service from start to finish has been absolutely brilliant. From the initial friendly helpful call to the prompt, efficient and helpful engineer it couldn't have gone any better. Brilliant service, great price and outstanding customer service. Brilliant friendly service from the start when my alarm developed a fault. Katie had someone with me within an hour and Jack got everything reset really quickly, explained what had happened and the work carried out. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!
