It was my third time here, most of their ice creams are really good. Sadeen was very welcoming, love it when staff is willing to serve their customers.

The frozen factory is an ice cream spot you need to visit this summer. Absolutely loved their softies,gelatos and popsicles. Highly recommend their Spanish Latte Gelato, Limited Edition Watermelon Ice cream & Capri Sun x Mango Ice cream. Loved the colorful packaging too!

It was ok. Not bad but not special but good enough. The flavours were not that many but good enough. Pistachio flavour was really good. I was actually looking for frozen yogurt and this one pops up in google search however there is such option on the menu.

A must try for all ice cream lovers. Their ice cream sticks is heaven. You can choose three toppings on it. Buy bit pricy. Tried their lotus ice cream as well, too good but more sweet

Lilian can make the experience incredibly difficult and unpleasant. Selling ice cream is not rocket science.
Perhaps she prefers to work anywhere else in other than the front.
I didn’t even pick me drink after such disgusting interaction.

Tried pistachio bar with kinder Bueno dip. It was really tasty. Ferraro Rocher ice cream was also good.. overall a nice place for sweet tooth.

We bought chocolate and Vanilla ice cream and we really enjoyed it. Though very expensive compared to most known brands it was good and delicious.
But Worst experience ever with their customer service., They're not allowing to enter the store or don't even a proper menu to display.. When they highlighted about their signature collection (something of mango) they did not even have a proper package for that and it was a normal store bought capri-sun mango juice mixed with some jello. Try your self if you want to be disappointed.
