It was easy to get an appointment convenient to me. Price was quoted and agreed in advance Service was completed on time and report given(sent by e-mail). Price was lower than quoted

The sales team at Aberdare Ford provided a commendable courteous and efficient service when I bought a replacement vehicle. When a fault developed service staff carried out an immediate repair effectively and efficiently. Overall a 5 star response from everyone involved! We’ll done!

Became aware I had a puncture went to Aberdare Ford without an appointment but they took the car in immediately and fitted a new tyre couldn't ask for better service.

Bought car here In May 2013. Service/repair division very good and always honest open and transparent about things which is why I've stayed loyal to them since. Staff are great to deal with.
