Finally, I passed my final road test today after many tries. My sincere appreciation to the good hands of Lieutenant Abdulla Alshehi and Captain Saleem. They are really a big help to me as i follow their instructions from the beginning of my training up to the final test. I am very thankful for them taking the trouble to help me. Please accept my biggest thanks. May Allah bless both of you and your family. ????

Ok, but they can do better. Strange layout for office. The front doors are for something else and corner end without direction is the main place to book and pay. Outside parkings are marked for officers but what about customers parking.

Staff (who are looking after driving test ) requires training, specially multilingual skills are required. No one is trained to guide new trainee about the process. All time referring here and there instead of
Clearly advising customer to update status using mobile app. Need lot of improvement.

Dear sir, may i know, my plate number expire about five years but now i want to cancel my plate number with pay all fine and my EID also expire three years. If i paid my all fine and cencel plate number, there is face any problem about my eid issue.

Very fast service for vehicle registration services.
They have 3 machines that renew and print the Mulkiya card.
There are dedicated staff to guide you into the process too.
Take original Emirates ID and credit card for renewal.
