I am one very disappointed customer. Please teach Ajman bus drivers some public relations skills. They shout at customers, they do not supply customers with information, drop off passengers in the middle of the road and do not follow the routes. On 11th April, I took Ajman bus to Sharjah at around 5:30pm, my destination was Al Jubail bus station. The driver refused to go to Al Jubail bus station and dropped me off before Al Jubail. To my surprise, the bus went inside the bus station and I had to walk following the bus to bus station.
Your buses have not been having destination written in front until recently, but still sometimes your buses do not show destination, especially china mall bus when it's express. The driver will also not explain to customers, causing passengers to end up using taxis because they will have passed their destination.
Your Ajman bus on demand is always late and sometimes the drivers do not go to the pick up point shown on the app.

I hope you will look into the above mentioned concerns and resolve them.

Very bad in Emirates city bus evry day thay come 8:45pm but weekly 3/4 time thay not come i have to wait 2 hours. Every week 2/3 time I'm waiting from 7:30 pm but bus come 9:45pm whay like that??? Long time have to wait??? Please do something!!!!!

Increasing of bus fare is effective to the low salary workers. not only me who all are using bus facility they r facing problems. very much disappoint with this dicission.

He don't no what is the velue of costumer. Please avoid taxi Ajman. Very bad behaviour with costomer.

Now Ajman bus fare revised to 3 Dhirhams to 5 Dhirhams. Previous bus fare is favour for all customers. Now both card user and cash user is paying 5 Dhirhams. Please revised the bus fare.

I am very disappointed with this transport company. They are not following there own timetable. Contacting with the call center is more complicated cos to their unprofessionalism . I was waiting for the bus more than 20 minutes after the announced time got late and go by taxi.
Sharing taxi much better for the same price.

I faced a bad incident from a bus driver last day and I filed a complaint to concerned authority . No action and they closed complaint without any update .. atleast teach some manner to drivers

I am very much happy to use public transport in ajman. It's helpful to all the people.
But I would like to bring to your notice one problem. The air-conditioned bus stops are situated after the bus stop. It's also not transparent. So commuters waiting inside cannot see the bus coming and so miss the bus. So it will be good if it's made transparent
