I have been dealing with UAE Sport since very long time and recommended their's products to all my friends..still I have all what I purchased from them specially the jerseys, some of them completed with me more than 7 years and still looking very good..the one I am wearing now I think I purchased it before Corona.. I don't understand why the address is fake, they don't answer the calls, or texts on any social media. I have tried messaging on WhatsApp and Instagram - no response. I have called so many times and no one answers. I sent emails as well stating that I want to exchange a jersey and no reply to the emails as well. This kind of service is unacceptable. I don't understand what takes so long for an exchanges process or to even just answer to your customers.
As for the other products I ordered, they are good for the price. So I am happy with those.

The quality and the customer service was amazing and the delivery took only 1 day but the only problem was when u exchange u have to pay a fee of 25 dirhams

Attention everyone! I want to bring to your attention a major issue I had with UAESS. This company is a complete fraud! All of their products come with a size problem, and when you attempt to exchange them, they charge you an insane amount of 50 AED for delivery. I urge all of you not to waste a single penny or your precious time on such a deceitful and fraudulent company. Stay away from UAESS at all costs! Spread the word around to save other innocents from falling prey to their unethical business practices

The address is fake, I drove all the way to their shop to find out that it was some random warehouse. The place was sketchy and they don’t pick up their phone. I have ordered some products from here and they have arrived as Promised.

Store is a scam. Sure all the other reviews are fake. I ordered and never received my order. Number just rings, address is fake.
