The place was small but felt ok since seating was comfortable.Service was ok for me but still need to improve a lot. We ordered for peratti pollicathu which is a chicken dish.I felt the dish overcooked but it was good and the porotta was also average but hope it will be improved next time.
The main drawback was the staffs don't have the correct coordination what to do. We ordered for a lime juice and a tea since most of the other juices weren't available due to some reason but we didn't recieve the juice even after we washed our hands so we had to cancel it.
Most of the fast foods were unavailable at the time we arrived around 8:00 pm and staffs told us that those dishes were until 7:00 pm. Also only chicken dishes and fish dishes were available at that time. Many dishes in the menu were unavailable and beef dishes were not prepared yet.
Overall the experience was not as expected still i think it will get improved over time.

Had food from Usmaniya Thakkukada, Karama, Dubai.

Ordered Chatti Choru, porotta with Beef curry.

Myself and friends are really disappointed with the quality of chatti choru and Beef curry. ( not even 2*)

Dont get carried away with the promotional videos in social media, which leaded me today to this horrible experience.

We have much better options in area like Karama.

Very worst food I had ever. Me and and friend ordered beef fry and seems like waste .We informed the counter staff while making payment and he simply smiled. I won't suggest this restaurant to anyone other than drinking fresh milk tea

I had visited this place with family after watching all the promotions in social media. The staffs were unprofessional and they dont have much varities as they recently started. We ordered kizhiporotta and fish pollichathu. The kizhiporota was horrible as they have me 2 porota and some beef curry tied in a banana leaf. The fish pollichathu was worser than this as we didnt felt the fish was fresh and think they used frozen fish. I wont suggest anyone to try this restaurant.

The online ordering process is much like any other supermarket and you have the ability to change things until 11pm the day before collection.

For me the disappointing part it s the actual collection process from a van at the back if a card park.

Issues have included, but aren't limited to, the van not being there at all at the collection time given (twice), complete sections of the order missing (nothing frozen for example), loose, unbagged, veg tossed into dirty crates, nothing being bagged, an expectation to take the crates off the van yourself, countless missing / substituted items that are plentiful when you go into the store, out of (or nearly out of date) items, broken packaging (meat in particular) and more.

Some of the chaps are really great, helpful and friendly, others treat you like a huge inconvenience.

But they had slots when nobody else did.

First time buying with click and collect - wasn't aware of them replacing the products when the ordered ones not available - got home and realised that 4 out of 5 chickens I ordered have been replaced with different types. Not happy, as I don't like any chickens, and they can't be returned either, as per policy...

Always on time and generally have everything you've ordered, nine times out of ten. Easy to order on the website and integrating your nectar card makes sure you don't miss out on any deals or vouchers.

Well organised collection site. A number of spaces to park. They take your name when you queue for a loading space. When you pull in, your shopping is placed near the car for you too load. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
