Can’t speak highly enough of PM Sports massage, more importantly Pete.

Pete is a friendly, kind and approachable and is a true gentleman.

From the offset he explained everything understood my issues and set a plan of action on how to resolve.

After me seeing physio and chiro with no joy I met Pete. Pete has done more for me in a few sessions than they did in 4 months and I can finally say I’m back on the road to recovery, he is a genius and a wizard.

Pete is knowledgeable and understanding and have no issues recommending to anyone who requires his treatments.

I won’t go anywhere else now

I received an excellent deep tissue massage from Pete today. He was kind, thoughtful and had excellent knowledge. I would highly recommend him and I have already booked again.

After many yrs of worsening chronic tight muscles ( mainly hips and legs ) and seeing soo many different therapists I decided to give it a go with one last local massage therapist and this was PM Sports massage therapy. I was already fully aware that how chronic my issues are I would need multiple treatments but I’m less than 24 hrs post massage and I can safety say I am very surprised with how much range of motion I have ( I can squat again ) and just how well i have responded to Pete’s massage. I already made my mind up that Pete is who I will only ever use in the future.

A proper deep tissue massage.

Both my partner and I have visited Pete recently for a sports massage. We regularly go to the gym and also play sports including racket sports.

Our day jobs are office based and we both had similar issues created by incorrect seating position or tension related muscle strain.

My partners problems were primarily in her neck and shoulders, with mine in the lower back and a frozen shoulder which has been ongoing for some time.

Pete was a total professional he identified our issues, and provided a proper deep tissue massage manipulation. He finished with giving us advice on how to manage our condition.

We can both report that we have benefited from the treatment.

Highly recommended we will be back to see Pete again.

Can highly recommend Pete, if you like a really deep tissue massage. I have been sitting and driving a lot, and had an achy back - feel a lot better today after my massage yesterday! Pete knows what he's doing, and I'll definitely be going back.

I visited Pete as I had been suffering with chronic hip pain. Pete was very thorough in his examination to pin point where the actual issue was. He focused treatment on the relevant area and also surrounding muscles to provide a holistic approach which has now allowed me to return to a higher intensity of training. I now visit Pete as part of my ongoing training regime and injury maintenance to ensure all the good work Pete has done doesn’t go to waste. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone who is looking for a sports massage that really works ???????? Thanks Pete for all your hard work and effort helping me work to achieving my personal goals.

My experience was phenomenal. The therapist has done a really good job. He makes sure the problem is perfectly addressed. He is very friendly and the atmosphere is very positive and peaceful. Would recommend to everyone.

Pete does a really good deep tissue massage, I had a lot of tight muscles from running/cycling and he ironed them out nicely. Good setting and interesting chat also. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be returning for more
