Thank you Mr. Rasheed for an excellent service. You promised 30-35 days but glad that we got in 25 days. The package was in fine condition goods came safe. I understand there was an issue happened around in December- January many others Middle East cargo got stuck one of ours too. But otherwise all the other parcels got delivered on time. I would highly recommend you to anyone. My bill no WC2084 pictures attached. Thank you again my kids also saying “ Thank you Uncle” ????

It's a request to all of you.. Please don't ever use this cargo to send your things that you buy with your hard earned money! We sent a cargo through this company on December 9th with a promise that it would be delivered in 30-35 days.. It's January 25th today and the cargo hasn't been delivered till now!!! Whenever we call Mr. Rasheed says he'll find out and call us back but he never does.. On January 7th, he said the cargo had cleared through customs and it would be delivered in 4-6 days.. But that did not happen.. Then when we called he said there was some issue with the customs(Previously said it was already cleared)!
Frankly i don't even know if the cargo has even left from UAE.. This is a big fraud company.. Don't lose your hard earned money by using their services!!!!!!!!

I wish i could give NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Update: It's April 13th 2021 and i still have not received our cargo which was sent on December 9th 2020.. Very very disappointed..

Very unprofessional cargo service. I send goods to india 1 month before not yet delivered. Before sending they said 10 days only it will take. After 10 days they didnt give any response. Office is closing all time. There is one lady sitting some time she dont know how to fill the form atleast. Now they are not attenting our calls. Pls dont go anybody this cargo service.

This is the worst cargo service in uae. I send one cargo from here before sending they told me it will get within 10 days. But after one month only they delivered. Also the things are damaged. Everytime office is closed. Owner not pick up the call after sending cargo. The lady who sit in the office dont have any responsibility of customers things. If we enquire about delivery they reply may be it will get idont know correctly. Pls nobody use this cargo service if u want correct delivery u can go for other cargo service.

The worst customer service ever. Nobody picks up/responds. Landline not working. Booked an air cargo one month ago and not yet delivered. Election in India is over and the results are out but the cargo never reached! 0/5.
