It's ok to stay. Close to City and Ajman freezone Port. But the Appartment is very old and without lift in the building. I think at least 60% of the Appartment is vacant, due to its poor maintenance it look like isolated building.

I had stayed in this building, it's old one but very good location and peace over here. Easy access to road and main Ajman freezone road.
