This is my first ever Google review. The foremost thing about them is their hospitality, how they treat you. They were very welcoming and the cake varieties they have is just ????. We were served with their new chocolates as we were waiting for the packaging. We ordered a pistachio crumble cake and it tastes like heaven. You will fall in love with the cakes.
Topmost quality with no compromise on hospitality.

This shop truly deserves a five star review. I’ve been ordering from this shop for more than a few years and they never disappoint. I ordered a simple cake and they quickly finished. It was half vanilla and chocolate and it was so delicious. Their portions are great and prices are acceptable. Their waraq anab is SO good!

Very very disappointed with their service and management. Ordered a semi big cake 3.5 kg and went to pock up today. Cake was ready but they did not had box to put it in. They wanted me to carry out cake without box. I asked this is not hygienic to carry cake like this out and in this heat of summer 42degree. The lady manger said: sorry we are out of big box. Wondering what to do. They decided to cut cupboards to put together and make a-box. Wow bakery well known in UAE and with such expensive sweets don’t have box for their product??? And want to cut cupboards pieces together. My cake should be ready by 12. It was by now 2:30pm
The worst thing is that they put cupboards on floor to measure and cut to fit the cake. I refused and told them i can not accept this , you walking on floor and you put the cupboards on floor to put cake in. The manager was completely untrained ,irresponsible, unfit for this job. I would never go to buy from this branch again. Never. Please look at the pictures. Finally it was taking too long i asked to put in bag and done with it.

I am really impressed by your service and the cake was very delicious and fantastic.
Special shout out to your colleagues Roopali Bhatkal and Tousif for helping me out. When I ordered the cake from India, I was concerned about many things like taste, money etc..but you guys made it all possible. Thank you once again ..WOW Sweet rocks❤❤

Really bad service
I already ordered the cake 30 minutes earlier and when I arrived i had to wait 20 minutes more ..
Whoever answered the phone wasnt honest

The signature cake is TASTY I’ve ordered just an hour before my party and they took exactly 1 hour like 60 minutes no more
They also have waraq enab that’s tasty and prepared in a cute way to serve directly with decoration and a stick on each and everyone
They also have flowers several unique ones
They did me all the hard work

They served me delicious caramel biscuit and Arabic coffee
People are extremely professional whole as a team
Glad i dealt with them
