There are two charge stations but only 1 (RH) works. I used it with the BPpulse app and all went well getting started, logged on and kicking off the charge. The app works well, giving you the status and timing of the charge...until I came to disconnect when it said my connection was lost! I phoned the number on the machine and quickly got through to an operator who was very helpful. My first charge using a public point and it was relatively painless! Good access and when I was there it was not busy.

Useless as it was broken

Very useful location no other changers for miles around. There really needs multiple units for redundancy and busy times.

This turned out to be a really good place to charge. It's located at the rear of the hotel and is sign posted as their carpark at rear. Once you enter the car park head right towards the hotel and it's on the wall. Charging was straight forward I just used the app on my phone will use this again.

Type 2 broken. even half hour on phone cannot solve. rapid iced by white van man hotel guest for at least the 3 hours we were there. Hotel not that helpful
