Attended for travel vaccinations. First time visit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient service, nice ambience in the pharmacy while I waited.

Third-rate set-up. Poor customer service. Always lacking stock and when your prescription is only partially filled, they don't even bother to let you know that the rest has come in.

Staff are always very polite but the waiting time is so long I waited outside for 25 minutes for a procription the que takes ages to go down.

Carlton Hill Pharmacy have been my only Chemist for the last 25 year's
And they've been 100% throughout my time of using their products and Services , Their Staff are so friendly
And knowledgeable about their products & offer their advice & suggestions if you are unsure as a customer or under their control...

Pharmacy manager isn't gentle. Not willing to talk.

Not very diligent & also gave my prescription to someone else, when mentioned staff found it funny & giggled. Also they won't adhere to GDPR. would advise to avoid if possible
