Best holiday park our family has ever went to. We go every year that time permits and always have a wonderful time. We used a mid range caravan and it was spotless when we arrived. Facilities are great with plenty to do and all staff are helpful and attentive.

Rooms very pretty small this year's caravan, but beds super comfy
Staff in site shop were all lovely, whoever was on was friendly and helpful, not too expensive as you can buy cheaper brands if you want, Costa coffee a bonus.location great, lovely 10/15 minute walk into town, great ice cream Parlours for the kids, only grievance I had was paying 8 pound per child for inflatable water activity, they barely got a shot and only lasts half an hour, wouldn't do this activity again

After having previously booked “the hideaway” here in the middle of September 2022 and being very impressed overall with the cleanliness in the caravan I decided to book again in May this year to take my daughter and two grandchildren Whilst the restaurant was very reasonably priced and the clubhouse entertaining for the grandchildren. I must mention “Papa Johns” pizza takeaway which was a total rip off and disappointing I would certainly not recommend buying from there The caravan cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On this occasion the radiators in both the toilet and bathroom were both very badly rusted and should really have been replaced. The blind in the toilet was was broken and to cap it all there were empty crisp packets underneath one of the beds, water left in the fridge and children’s socks and underwear in one of the bedside cabinets all left by the previous occupants hence the three stars

I was picking parents up after their week long stay in a lovely caravan here. The camp site looked lovely. And they had really enjoyed their holiday.

Just finishing my holiday and wow this place is amazing. The staff are all so lovely, especially the security, they always wave at the guests as they leave go go out for day and it makes your day. I’ve been to holiday parks where the security treat you like an inconvenience, this isn’t the case here.
The restaurant is a good little place, the food is spot on, the only shame was that a lot of the food was out of stock, but that’s not their fault it’s an issue with the supplier.
The Live Lounge was great too, the var staff are friendly, like all the staff and the music played is great, you would assume this lounge would only be good for younger families but that’s not the case.
Finally, the location, the location is amazing, not a far walk from the main Berwick and the walls. Drives to places like Alnwick and Bamburgh castle are not that far and there are a lot of sites. Al
All in all, a great 2 weeks, hope to come back next year!!!

We stayed in a private let caravan. The park is great. Great facilities, great location. Access to 2 beautiful beaches. Would definately go back

three letters for you: WOW.
I’ve never experienced such an enchanting caravan park in all of my 29 years. From a night at the Oscar’s (which deserves an Oscar imho) to a refreshing crisp pint served by attentive geniuses behind the bar, this gaff had it all. I’ve broken down just writing this review. Thanks everyone.

2nd time here now and very dissapointed this time round. As soon as we went in you could smell it had been smoked in.The caravan very shabby,doors and windows dont close properly. Shower drips constantly,the dinner table had to have a wedge put under leg so we could eat without food falling. Then they take your money for passes then you que for the outside pool to be told they dont open it on a monday or friday. Cash machines didnt work so couldnt go in arcades. Very dissapointed with it
