Staff is really unprofessional, it is under my tower city tower. When we call for order they say minimum 5 AED for delivery, then if you ask them for card payment they disconnect the call abruptly and with a bad voice

Very unprofessional staff don't know how to communicate with customer one arabic guy who picks the phone after calling two or three time and is very rude while ordering I stopped ordering from them , please improve and train your staff

Bad experience from city tower to twin tower is less than 5 minutes but they can't deliver bad customer service don't waste your time ordering they will never come

This Hyper is just under my tower ( City towers in Khalifa street ) , they have own parkings ( 3 parkings I presume) and we appreciate the fruit, vegetables, grocery , that's not expensive they also offer free delivery ; the staff is very polite and helpful.

Overpriced Very expensive products.
Consumer affairs ministry put fine on them.They are charging unfair prices.looting customer with high prices.
