Right from the start, the bellhops took our luggage, and the reception staff greeted us so courteously. They even handed us cold towels and some alkaline water to freshen up while at the reception. And you won't believe it, they upgraded our rooms!
Let me tell you, this place is an absolute paradise if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We began our stay with a lovely cup of tea they provided in the room, and then we headed straight to the spa. Infrared Sauna, Steam Bath, and a dip in the plunge pool - talk about total relaxation!
After that, we treated ourselves with a delicious dinner at the restaurant and then spent some time unwinding in the pool and jacuzzi until late in the evening.
The next day was just as amazing. We started with a 30-minute meditation session, followed by an hour of soothing massage. And trust me, breakfast was nothing short of delightful. We spent the rest of the morning lounging in the room, soaking in the serenity of the place.
I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to unwind and escape from the daily grind of work. It's a perfect getaway for finding some peace and tranquility.
Honestly, if we ever get the chance, we'll definitely come back. This place has won us over completely!

The resort is very clean, and the staff is very well trained and oriented. I am a hotelier myself, and the service was given there is beyond the standard
The room was amazing and clean with a brilliant view.
I will definitely come back.

The rooms at the Resort are absolutely stunning, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens that will ensure a good night's sleep. The room decor is elegant and tasteful, with a relaxing atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The resort manager, Samy, deserves special recognition for his outstanding leadership and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. And let me tell you, the guest service team, especially Myat, was simply wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and attended to our every need with a smile.
The SPA facilities and amenities were top-notch, and the Swedish massage was one of our best of our lives.
The room was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean. The dining options were diverse and the food was of the highest quality.
I can't thank the Zoya team enough for the memorable stay and their exceptional hospitality. This is definitely the place to be if you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend Zoya to anyone visiting Ajman - you won't be disappointed! Five stars all the way!

-The staff is kind and nice. Some need a bit more training
-The building is starting to get old (rooms, hallways, etc).
-No covered parking for the cars (left our car under the sun for several days - not even talking about the amount of dust on it. We had it washed before coming to Zoya, after 3 days have to do it again).
-it is OVERPRICED. I calculated every single treatment (with premium Dubai prices) and still...it would cost us less if we did all of that in Dubai. I would much rather stay in a 5 star Dubai Hotel and do all those treatments separately and pay much less.
-the AC in overall building is poorly done. Hallways are hot ... restaurant temperature is ok.. rooms are cold (regulating the AC is not easy and makes so much noise at night).
-SPA was very good - nice and clean.. smells good... the staff is knowledgeable
-housekeeping: perfect
-while it was full board, I barely ate .... miserable portions, tasteless food ... I didn't sign up for a weightloss programme. I am vegetarian, so it's not difficult for me to adjust to a vegan diet but if 90% of the menu are Indian dishes and the rest 10% just salad leaves - at least tells us beforehand so that we can bring our food (we did go to nearby spinneys and bought lunch, dinner and breakfast for me). This was our last day and they changed their menu today offering a bit more options... well, I hope it is better (I won't find out anyway). All I want to say is that when you make someone pay so much and announce that it's full board - at least provide some options so that guests don't starve. My husband saw one guest with bags from nearby burger place)))) we were not the only ones that were hungry ))
Overall... we wanted to come and see if it is worth to spend longer time here - we won't be back. Maybe we have higher standards, but this was not delivering. If it was cheaper ... I would say ok to try once.
We left without even getting our last treatment as we got tired of the "wellcation"

- The food was meticulous. All calorie and macro-counted, we could make conscious decisions about what we were eating and enjoy how fresh the ingredients were. The menu is creative and unique and the chefs are very talented
- The yoga - wow! Nimi is an incredible teacher, we felt so blessed to have met her and did 4 classes with her. There is a variety classes available for beginners and advanced
- Spa: one of the best spas I’ve seen, amazing number of facilities and we went both days for massages and to use the sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool etc
The staff really made our stay perfect, everyone we met was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out their way to help our every need. Thank you to the reception, spa staff, gym staff, kitchen, valet and housekeeping.
Zoya Wellbeing is roughly 40mins drive from Dubai - it’s very close and I would highly recommend to those looking for a weekend staycation. We will definitely visit again.
