I was charged almost 350 Aed for a Tempered glass screen protector and silicone iPhone Xs cover. I am new to Dubai and only realised how extortionate this is once I read my receipt. This is two-three times the cost of these products even in places like the Virgin store especially for the screen protector. I revisited to speak politely to the sales assistant to query the the charges. He said they were good quality ones and when I asked to see the packs to double check the prices they were conveniently out of stock so he couldn’t show me. Honestly feel so ripped off!!

Worst customer service ever No follow up,they don’t answer and i had to to them like 4 times and still didn’t fix anything Forget about the warrant its not useful at all

Charger 400 for “high quality” screen. Screen broke the next day.
