Shocking - been using this car park for a few times now as it’s near Ricky Station HOWEVER the bays are very narrow actually everything it’s narrow and tight , you’ll need to be a very good driver or you’ll scratch your car.
The price : £5 for the day - it is acceptable BUT you can’t pay less for a shorter stay ????.
In regards to the maintenance or whoever it’s looking after this car park should be ashamed YES you should be ashamed , at least use some of your profits and get someone to clean it…- it’s DISGUSTING ????- see attached photos.
Cut story short - if I could have I would have given 0 ⭐️ !!!

The app is terrible! Clearly issued and paid for a ticket, around a month later they sent a letter claiming it hadn’t been paid. Will appeal.

Car park for small cars only, smashed glass in the doorways so I walked down the car ramp and £5 for 7 hours was a bit much. If I didn’t get a receipt I would have assumed all day meant later & then ended up with a ticket!
Best car park is opposite the Coach & Horses pub. £4 for 24 hours & plenty of normal size spaces

DO NOT PARK HERE.

Both the app and payment machine are faulty and you are likely to get a PCN afterwards.

Drove into car park. Once in, only option to pay is by Citipark App but the App is not available on Android. Google Play stated 'try later' for that App and still states that 3 days later! Called the Citipark phone number on posted sign , only to be put on hold and then cut off! Could not leave car park as would have been fined, so thankfully a remote family member was able to download the App on their iOS phone and pay on my behalf. In conclusion, an awful and distressing experience especially when urgently heading to London.

App hopeless on android. Despite lots of people saying for small cars only, i parked a larger vehicle. You just need to be able to drive.

Never use this parking!
Absolutely nightmare- app not working , customer care not working!
Parking spaces VERY SMALL !

Avoid. extortionate price with no option to park hourly despite being next to the high street?! Coupled with incredibly narrow ramps with concrete walls, covered in scrapes from people’s cars. And the threat of an £100 fine is splashed all over the place, clear that they’ll fine you just for driving in before you have a chance to realise what an awful place it is. Complete scam - never coming back!
