Instructors, staff, vibes, energy, machines, all of it.. top fitness studio! Not to mention results!

I love this place, a boutique spin studio located in the heart of DIFC. The place is centrally located in the One Central building and it offers a range of classes from Spin to their signature L1ft class (just like climbing a mountain)

There is plenty of parking (don't forget to validate your ticket) and they have washrooms and changing rooms/showers available.

Great instructors with amazing bikes, add this to your next spin adventure!

Loved it! I have been to 2 rides with 2 instructors - Ilim and Sheida and both are amazing! Highly recommended

You can never get bored of such lively environment. The staff and instructors are so welcoming, make sure you try out their 1 beat Smoothie!

Definitely the best workout in Dubai! From the equipment used, to the staff there and finally the ambiance. You surely feel at home and not forgetting the positive vibes and all the encouragement you receive from the trainers. Ride classes are super fun specially with the color coding and the loud music. Lift classes are a killer - the versaclimber definitely does magic. I have to mention that the shakes are super delicious as well - Yummy berry is one of the best!

An ultra-modern gym to say the least, definitely one of the more aesthetically pleasing interiors of a new gym in Dubai. R1DE class was well delivered by an instructor with great energy, and all others aspects of the studio from equipment, to audio setup, music tracks, and ventilation were excellent. Will definitely go back for more sessions.

with new boutique fitness centers popping up all over Dubai, 1 BEAT definitely stands out from the crowd with a unique spinning studio and the amazing versa climber machines. They also have great trainers with a lot of energy and enthusiasm and all around great vibes from the team. Keep up the great work!
