1) They are manipulative in their pricing and sales strategy as prices change every other week it makes you wonder why they do this as it’s very unprofessional to your customer base as it’s unfair and totally not transparent from your end towards your customers.
2) The staff have low to no training on how to treat customers, talk to customer, recommend to customers, greet customers, so basically no communication or sales skills has been taught to this staff prior to landing their job it’s very obvious as soon as you interact with one of them you will figure this out.
3) The place especially the new branches are giving luxury furniture vibes when the furniture isn’t even close to being luxury by any means. All the sofas and chairs are made of MDF you can tell from the weight of the pieces I think for them they just increase the prices to give you the illusion that you are paying for a luxury product when in fact you’re buying a cheap product for more money in this case.
4) This place is confusing in terms of style and furniture chosen by their purchasing team. For me it seems like they follow whatever they see in the market they just bring the same and sell it for more money. They don’t have a distinctive personality or a unique style that they follow in their furniture selection. It makes it very difficult to shop from them because if you go there aiming for a style you saw two months back prepare yourself for a major disappointment.
5) The online store is a disaster no other word can describe how horrible their online store is it clearly seems like they don’t have the right team behind it.
6) The worst decision they had is when they decided to put name tags on all their furniture thinking they’re some kind of a special brand I always removed their brand from the furniture I bought before because I never felt proud to buy from them as they never strike me as a brand I or anyone else would feel associated to.. they also place these tags in the most random places it’s so annoying at times.
Long story short I personally prefer customizing the pieces now as so many excellent option are there in the market now to make customization of the furniture the better option for the same prices you get here in such shops you can customize your own special piece elsewhere.

1. The service is very unorganized, be prepared to wait hours to be served or you have to catch and stalk staff to help you.
2. This is the longest existing waiting time for delivery. I bought most of my furniture new, but this is first time I see delivery comes after 7 days planned, plus delays and the fee for delivery is much worse than market price - small items 200 aed
3. Once you pay, you are given a speech how you can’t ever return, how they will deliver only with a lift, not 1 step of a stairs will be acceptable, and basically you feel sorry you have paid them, as you learn in an unpleasant way, how unimportant you are as a client in the 2xl business model.
The pieces are nice, but in comparison of service quality with The One, Marina Interiors, they are way behind.

Ordered beds one month back
Late delivery
The bed broke the first night
Size of bed board are wrong and came in dirty
This is how my house is left with open wire for more than a week and no one seems to respond

I ordered some items online and decided to return some of the items. I raised an online return request and received a confirmation email that someone will contact me for the pick up of the items. No one showed up. I called and emailed several times and they kept reassuring me that they will do the needful but nothing happened! They don't even accept online returns in the store so I could return them and get it over with. I am traveling soon and my online returns are still stacked in front of me.
I also ordered a massive wall art that arrived damage, I don't how long this will occupy so much space in my small apartment before they decide to pick it up. Worst decision I ever made was order from 2XL. Never ever again. Look at the photos and you will see the quality you will get.
