The person didn’t give me exact information about my order first it was told I to me I was ill recieve in 5 mins by him but it’s been 30mins since I recieved my order. And then giving wrong name to pretend and putting the blame on delivery person who is not at fault at all. I complained to Mark who is the manager

They speak courteously, respond to the request in a very cordial manner, and help resolve any misunderstandings
