Positive vibes were there due to the nice decoration and design along with the nice view ( from one side only ).
The food ( fish N' chips) and the shisha were great.
The price was decent.
However, the Ac was too high ( especially in the restrooms) , the music was too loud, I barely could hear my companion voice.

i expected to see 7 elephants, but there was only one in the entrance ????. Yet, place is highly recommended

Went on a Friday... spot and drinks are great, but the dj music is too loud for a lounge bar where people are all seating and supposedly talking

Great service. Business lunch is very affordable. Lounge area is very cosy, relaxed and a nice way to unwind an afternoon. Music is very chilled & generally a place I'd visit again

A warm place, well designed, original with a good mix.
Drinks and cocktails are exceptionnal !

But I had a problem, I ordered one drink at my table, I never had this drink, the waiter did not serve me... After 15 minutes of waiting I was so fed up, I asked the bill, I have been waiting more than 10 minutes to get the attention of waiter and the bill !
Not professional !

Nice venue but ridiculously horrible service. Our waiter Sarah told us wrong information multiple times, and we ended up almost doubling our bill as a result. Based on the bad experience, would not return as there are so many other great venues in Dubai.
It was also freezing and windy as it's an open concept.

It was a pleasant experience at 7 elephants. The place is stunning with outstanding design and decoration. It has good vibes and energetic ambiance. The menu is diverse and of many cuisines. Amazing food and Shisha. Excellent service

Really nice hookah spot but bit on the expensive side. Didn't have a much of a very just the back side of burj and few other buildings. Staff was good but couldn't the seating we wanted due to non reservation. Other then that definitely recommend atleast once to check it out. Crowed was mostly foreigners as far as I could tell which is good if ur a visitor too.

I went to 7 elephants with my brother on 7/2/2018.
To start with we were coldly greeted by a lady at the reception and were told that all tables are booked and we can only sit by the bar area.
Lots of tables were not taken, I can understand if they were reserved but no effort was made from her as she looked disinterested and unwelcoming.
Once I went towards the bar tab area, the three servers were friendly and on asking about the table behind me, they said it's not taken and we can sit there.
By this time my interest in staying there was already gone due to the cold attitude of the lady sitting at the reception and her attitude & body language seems as if she is doing a favour to potential customers.
Though we walked away without ordering anything but I don't think that I will ever be coming here or recommend this place to anyone.
