Got an issue with my car battery in a very unexpected time. I never imagined that's how easy it was to get a new battery until I called 800 Flat, you're such a hero! Thanks guys for being super from the call centre agent who assisted me till the gentleman who came 20 mins after my call to install my new battery, such a professional and excellent service!! Great service, fast and efficient.
The agent on the phone was friendly, provided reasonable cost and set proper expectations. The tech arrived pretty quick. He was knowledgeable and courteous at the same time. Well done battery guys!

Had an issue with my car last week and was stuck along road side. My meeting was about to due and was running out of time , called out 800 Flat. At first I was hesitant about the service but from their contact center down to their technician services IT WAS ALL FLAWLESS! Life's work y'all guys!!!

Very quick and professional service. The technician reached within 30 mins. They offered me a puncture repair sealant. This repaired my punctured tyre without replacing the tyre. Saved lot of time.
