I am really impressed with 800 Car Guru. I just recently started using their service and so far I am very pleased. They offer service contracts which is very handy. They also offer service at your door steps. My car was in parking on 3rd floor still they were able to bring their mobile service vehicles next to my car to troubleshoot and fix my problem right there.

The 800 car guru team are absolutely brilliant, from the day that i had first had issues with my car battery, to my first service with them. The team on ground i have dealt with so far Junaid and Paras, are amazing and demonstrate customer service at its finest. So happy to such individuals around.

I have purchased their pachage for car service through Tabby and already payed 3 installments. Availed of the first service and they returned the car with scratches on the front bumper, tires pressure was exactly the same as before the service and they said they washed the car after the service. The car had stains all over like someone passed a dirty mop on it, ibam sure they just dusted it off creating microscratches all over the red paint. I complained and asked for the package to be cancelled and money refunded and they refused. They actually sent me the video when the car was received and when they released and you can clearly see the scratch after the service. They offered to repair the scratches free of charge ( like they are doing me a favour). Customer service is also very bad. It's been more than a week now and the issue has not been resolved. I want my money back as it is not worthed the service you have given. There is no way i would entrust you with my car again not for service not to repair the scratch.

Changed my battery from them, pricing and the warranty package seemed decent. Best part was having them come over and do the necessary without you taking the hassle to go to a garage. battery died prior the warranty period and without any hassle they came back and changed the battery.

Also very supportive and responsive staff.

I'm one-of the client for car guru since 3 years, yesterday my car battery was not working when I start the car , after messaging car guru they replied my immediately and sent the technician in less the 30 mins, I have warranty for 6 months more and they replaced new battery and give me 8 months warranty again. Also the technician Ismail khan was so professional, kind and support. Great work team. Keep going ????
