I came across 800flowers because their flower selections were very nice and looked fresh as well. They also have a variety of other gifts such as balloons, chocolates, donuts, candles etc.
My experience with 800flowers was good.
At first I was quite disappointed with the delivery service, there had been a miscommunication between the timings which left us quite frustrated. Fortunately, Faith got in touch and rectified my issues. She was very polite and professional, and even gave an extra balloon and premium delivery. We got it just in time with our cake surprise.
I believe companies who get in touch with their customers and try to work out the differences and address the concerns are the kind of business you want to support. Delivery timings could really use an improvement but overall customer service is good and professional.

Want to left my review for the 800Flower. I ordered the bouquet at the same day when I get it! The flowers was so fresh and the bouquet was sooooo amazing! I ordered from the Marina area shop, the service is perfect,highly recommended!!!

Stunning rose bouquet! 1st class service - ordered late last night, delivered before 1pm next day.
We have been using 800 flowers for 2 years - the flowers have always been fresh and fabulous

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I placed an order from Cairo to Dubai for Mother’s Day, and my god, they did not let me down! My mother received the flowers just a few hours after I placed the order, and she loved them! They are so fresh to the point that she thought they weren’t real! She also said that they smell so good, and they deliver the flowers wrapped up in a way, like a vase with water, to keep the flowers fresh for a longer time. With their greeting card, they send you instructions on how to take care of them, and they even send a sachet with food for the flowers (super adorable!). She is so happy with the order, and with the service!! They quiet literally deliver it right to your doorstep too! Thank you so much!! Definitely won’t be the last time.

I ordered flowers online for mother’s day from 800flowers, they were received on time and very beautiful, but some of the flowers were not as fresh as expected. They asked me today how did I find my order and When I told them that they were not as much fresh as meant to be they immediately sent me a new fantastic bouquet, it’s even bigger and fresher than the one I originally ordered. Thank you so much 800flowers for the beautiful flowers and amazing customer service ????????????????????????

Absolutely amazing experience , the flowers were fresh and beautiful.They send me the pictures before and after delivering them.
Big shout out and thanks to Kristine who was kind enough to update me on whatsapp.

First and last time using this service.
Ordered a box of chocolates for Valentine's day with very clear delivery instructions and time frame.
30 minutes before delivery deadline, I sent a second email to confirm the delivery will take place, and I even provided an alternative delivery location and a phone number to call.
The item was not delivered, the email was not answered and no follow up from the customer service team.

Lovely, cosy little pub. Very friendly staff and I loved the burning log fire. Outdoor suntrap was very quirky. Would love to come back for longer and spend some time whilst the live music is on!

Outstanding meal with great drinks. An old building with lots of character and atmosphere in a town full of history. The staff where very helpful and friendly. The meals where a little expensive but well worth it for quantity and quality. The pub is on a main road so there is no carpark but there is one near by

Second visit to this pub and it's changed hands. The food was good, but not to the same standard as last year. The place was cold as people kept opening the back door. See attached photo

lovely old pub with a real fire and friendly staff. You can bring food in to eat as they don't cater at the moment .

Came here a year ago and had a fine ploughmans so returned. It's changed hands but the staff were great and the Mediterranean food matched the weather, both were good. A vege Meze and a Moussaka were really good, portions spot on and home made humus flavoursome. The Moussaka served with a beautifully made and dressed Greek salad. Olde worlde charm mixed with 21st century gastronomy.

Despicable clientele; it feels like the Klu Klux Klan in there, and the manager backs them up. If this were a public agency, it would be classified as institutionally discriminatory.
