The experience of replacing the battery of my car was very good. Fahad, the technician and driver came on-time and professionally checked the car with their equipment and informed me that the battery needs replacement. They offered me a range of batteries (European, German) and after selecting Bosch, Fahad replaced my dead battery with the new battery. I was informed that this new battery will last most probably up to 2 years. Let’s see. Thank you to Fahad and his team for a very good service. Highly recommend his service.

Only to state facts:
- Called for battery change service and technician quoted 400+aed on the phone

- technician arrived and checked the battery then charged 1,450aed which I refused

- then the “bazaar” bargain started and reduced to 1,200, 1000, 750aed…

- I picked up another number and changed it happily without any bargain for 500aed

- the technician later on still insisted on me paying him 100aed service fee (as he drove here) though in absolute no terms this was mentioned or agreed upon
