I don't know about their food taste.. but the lady in the cash counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. I think she's the owner's wife. But I saw her treating a girl ???? with absolutely no courtesy... just then, i decided not to buy or eat anything. At the end of the day, we pay and eat... but she was acting like she's doing a favour.

At the same time, she was screaming at her staff also.

I don't wish to rate even a star for the service.

Hope the management rectifies and keeps a pleasant staff as order taker.

Aachis restaurant is located inside the madina mall second floor next to chicking. Its food counter and food court seating is available.

They serve authentic kerala dishes and hitting yummy dosas on the go.

Precautionary measures taken on the seating arrangement

We had the following dishes
1. Masala dosa ???????????????? loved the crispy dosa. Masalas in it was right. Not too much. Kids lover its a must try.
2. Ghee raost ???????????????? dosa was crispy throughout and served hot. Good one. Served with sambaar.
3. Falooda ???????????????? good quantity. Kids loved it. Sugar consistency was right. Equally hogged by adults
4. Mango mojito ???????????????? good and refreshing
5. Passion fruit mojito ???????????????? good and refreshing
6. Porotta with beef dry fry ???????????????????? must try porotta beef combination. Crispy and dry beef bits with kerala touch. I loved it.
7. Porotta with chilly chicken ???????????????? good. Gravy was on sweeter base with porotta is a good combination. Porotta was very soft as well.
8. Kizhi beef porotta- ???????????????????? its their specials on the menu and was yum. Heat was right. Gravy was just the right on the porotta with beef cooked perfectly. Presented well. Loved it
9. Kothu chicken porotta ???????????????? its their specials on the menu as well and was good, spicy texture and good portions as well.

Overall im impressed to see a counter serving kerala dishes and that too for affordable price.
It's definitely a place for keralite to check out some homely food that takes you back home

We requested a set of porotta and beef. My wife claimed that the reason it took longer than 10 minutes was because they were making nice porotta. Finally, we have porotta, which can actually be" broken" (still you should give it a little more power).

Customers, please be careful!

Asked for a filter coffee…got a Nescafé in a takeaway cup at the price of a filter coffee. Unpleasant experience, never going back.
