Susan was so helpful when we got lost and the accommodation was perfect. The bedrooms were gorgeous, the bathroom luxurious and the kitchen spotless. The warm fire on arrival was an added bonus and really inviting on a cold winter's day.
Will definitely return when visiting Lincoln again.

All modern facilities in kitchen
Would be gorgeous in the summer as pool barbeque and loungers in garden
Quiet rural location
Ideal for a group or family to share cost of stay.
Would have liked logs to burn ready in the house to make it cosier but had to rely on radiators which were regulated to certain times
Would have liked some literature on local facilities shops etc.although we only stayed for one night to attend Christmas market in Lincoln.
Friendly helpful owner who welcomed us warmly... She was at the end of a phone if we needed anything
House split into two guest houses but were not disturbed by the guests next door.
Would definitely revisit probably in the summer to gain maximum benefit of this fantastic house
