Customer service is unprofessional. Their work is good and they have so many car in queue for service, they did a good body painting on my car.
Its very difficult to get a parking in this area, all the accident cars are parked here.
They accepts card payment.

One star is too much for this garage Very unprofessional staff and poor/cheap quality of repair. They only know how to use glue to fix everything. I am finding issues after having my car repaired by them. They fix the car in such a way to only make is look nice in the moment.

I wouldn't suggest anyone giving their car here for accident repair. You are better of giving it to a small backyard garage.

My car condition was better before I bring it there.

They keep it for a week just to put glue on it. Useless and waste of time!

They will only take your money but won't fix anything and they will pretend they don't understand you.

Take my advice and DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR only stupid people will waste their time on this garage. It's only because of insurance that's why they have people.

Extremely satisfied with the efforts by Aarya Workshop to repair car in 3 days and handover before the schedule delivery date. The car looks good and perfect. Special thanks Mr. Sooraj and Mr. Kiran both are very professional and soft hearted person. I personnally wish both good luck and to the body shop team.

Great customer service by Aarya Staff. Appreciate for their management and team. Commitment to their customers really awesome. Without any delay I got my car. Thanks Kiran who attended my case. Marvelous job done by them. Would recommend to my friends and family.

The most unprofessional & unorganized staff, they don't answer calls, the mobile number provided is not with the actual person, some other colleagues pick up the phone.

I gave my car for accident repair to this workshop as per my insurance company.
After keeping my car for 10 days, they said they didn't receive any approval yet. Once that was sorted they kept my car again for 15 days and finally called me to come and collect the car. I went to collect the car even 3 days later and requested them to make sure it's a good job, and to keep the paperwork ready, so that I can come and collect my car without spending extra time.

On the day I was going to collect my car, I called them 2 times to make sure if they need anything from me, their timings, and to confirm if the work was done well. But despite all this,when I reached there, after keeping me waiting for 30 minutes, one team member takes me to view the car and informed me that the car is not yet ready.

They have made me chase them like a maniac, insulted my patience, and wasted my time.

Used their services as referred by insurance policy, for body work repairs to my car post non faulty accident.

Vishnu was assigned to the job and was polite and courteous.
I must mention Ms. Glydyll (at the reception), she is very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful!

I am not very satisfied with their overall workmanship, their work was okay but can be better for sure.

I can't review their rates (as car repairs was under insurance) but it seems like a decent workshop and can be recommended. It would good to check their work very thoroughly, when you take your car back.

They are overburnded resulting in more problems then solution.
I had to give my car for a simple paint job due to minor accident, as I had TPI, the other driver insurance assigned me this garage.
At the time of submitting the car, they told me max 4 days to complete the job. I got my car finally after 8 working days, 10 days including the weekend. No updates unless you call them.
The worst part was yet to come, when I reached to collect my car, I see new scratches on my car and even where the paint job was done, they forgot to fix the rear spoiler. The representative, had no explnation and they took ownership of the same, not sure how good of job they did in covering those new scarthes but they took around 45mins to finish. Clearly they are overburnded with cars and are not having safe space to move the cars around, resulting in such scratches.
My recommendation to company, to keep the quality in your work, please control your car intake or buy a bigger place.

Best experience I ever had in my life, I didn't expect that they would do this good service, if you are coming here for Insurance claim where you got red paper from the police then check with these guys they can help you with best price to get your car repaired at an affordable cost.
