I am sharing the experience of a dear friend who had an unfortunate encounter with ABC Cargo. It is with great disappointment that I express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by this company.

My friend was not informed about the minimum chargeable weight per box, which resulted in unexpected charges. Additionally, they had to face rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, leaving a deep sense of disrespect and frustration.

Moreover, the customer service offered by ABC Cargo was extremely poor. They failed to respond promptly and were unable to provide a satisfactory resolution to the issue at hand.

To anyone considering using ABC Cargo's services, I strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer service is truly appalling. I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

1) Poor customer care service. Their behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
2) False promise on time delivery. They don't have a system for contacting customers, if there is any delay.
3) Surprisingly, they demanded extra payment for delivering the shipment, while trying to enquire the delay of delivery.

I always send my shipment with abc cargo,, this time a little bit disappointed because item is take long time, but when i receive and saw my items package , delivery so careful ly.
I am impressed and in future I definitely required abc cargo

I used ABC to bring my fav guitar from Dubai to Bangalore , was apprehensive if it would reach in one pc. But the packing was great, service and staff awesome.. got it intact. Will give 5 stars!!!

I wont find a better Dubai cargo company other than ABC Cargo & Courier. Best cargo services to India and before i reach back here, your tracking app alerted me - my things reached my location. Truly the best cargo partner a brand can have. Inspired with the quality cargo services and nice team you guys were managing in your company. Really an inspiration to all other cargo companies in Dubai, appreciate it. Will be calling again for some relocation purposes again. .

They handle things carefully. The packages are safely delivered to the destination on time. They inform about the goods and information accurately. They have a very good cargo service.
