Absolutely appalling . Staff have no manners at all . So rude !!I got the impression they was just waiting for some kind of impending doom . What's worse is after looking in to who works there I found out it was the management that served me and left a lasting impression so as not to ever go there again . Is this customer care these days

With the prices they charge surprised, they are still open double the price of other shops £7.50 for something that is £5 in waitrose and the staff has the same customer service ability as a stone

I have just queued unnecessarily outside this shop as there was no one around to monitor who was going in and out of the shop and this applied to the Post Office queue as well.
I bought some Houmous and ice cream and then noticed after I got home that the Houmous was already a day over its use by date!
I then bought 100ml of Antibacterial Hand Gel and was charged nearly £4. This is definitely not in the spirit of what most people are trying to achieve at this unpleasant time and i can assure you I will never spend my hard earned money in this shop ever again.

Absolutely awful .I have had a horrible experience today with paying my utilities and the person on the till has no idea of what he is doing. I am now out of pocket as my Bill's haven't been paid.
