Dealing with PFB has been a pleasure.

Paul was friendly and professional.
He was on time.
He was courteous and phoned us approximately 30 minutes before he arrived.
He repaired our dishwasher promptly and efficiently.
Will recommend PFB to all and will definitely use their services again.

It has been so refreshing and pleasure dealing with Lynne & Paul at PFB Domestic Repairs.

They were both extremely Professional, friendly and helpful.

Paul arrived on the dot. He was extremely knowledgeable of the fault at hand.
He was able to source the part l needed and came back the very next day to fit.

He was an extremely tidy worker from start to finish.
Making the whole the experience a pleasure.

Overall a fantastic professional and personal way of doing business. Very happy with the value & standard of the work carried out and the friendly customer service that was provided by Lynne & Paul

Can't thank PFB Domestic Repairs enough for providing an excellent and professional service to my elderly mother who required a new oven to be fitted recently. When installed Paul took the time and trouble to fully explain how the functions worked so that my mother fully understood how to use her new oven. Excellent company to use and will use them again when required.

Paul arrived on time as promised by the lady that takes the calls. He was friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Paul came to fix my washing machine which had packed up completely. Got it going again with a few parts from the van which was brilliant, then looked at my freezer of my fridge freezer. Unfortunately due to age it wasnt worth the repair versus replacement but Paul was fair and honest and said buying a new one was probably the right time as the warranty would be longer and the purchase of similar was not much more money. He also gave me the details of an ethical recycler should the shop not collect old machines. I cannot thank Paul and PFB enough. Great Customer Service and Great Prices. Thanks Rob

Paul helped with a problem with my washing machine, he identified the error code and systematically worked to identify the cause, and fixed the washing machine. He was professional and extremely helpful, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
