Liked: Great little stopover location with EHU, water and Elsen but no toilets or showers so just for self contained motor homes. Easy walk into Sherringham although no footpath on part of the road, ok when it wasn’t busy with traffic. The owners have a beautifully well kept garden with lots of sitting areas which they encourage you to use, we had a lovely relaxed evening sitting by the pond.

Liked: Very friendly hosts and nice garden. Easy access to Sheringham/
Fresh water hosepipe is supplied on site and reaches all pitches - something I have never seen before. A great plus.

Disliked: Noise form the main road and getting across the road to travel down to Sheringham can be challenging.
Dont let this put you off if you are looking for a convenient stopover or visit to Sheringham.

Liked: Security, there is a high gate protecting the facility from the road.
Access to fresh water on every pitch.
Garden, the lovely garden is set out with benches for the use of those camping, we had a pleasant afternoon sitting in the sun in the garden.
Great view across open fields.
Proximity to a variety of activities and places to visit.
Welcome and welcome information from the friendly owners.

Disliked: None.

Being on the brow of a hill means it can be windy.

Liked: Great site as stop over with hard standing. Very welcoming hosts. Tidy, clean and secure. Everything you need. Lovely gardens to relax and unwind. Ideal base for North Norfolk.

Nice pitches, water and power easy hookups. Very nice garden area. Supplied with an excellent map on arrival- nice touch. Be aware that coming from Cromer direction the post code for Sat Nav is a bit off. I didn't pay attention and had to double back.

Liked: Lovely little site x very peaceful and had everything we needed x the owner was very nice and very helpful x great WiFi too which is a nice touch x would definitely stay again x adult only site x

I visited the site to try and take advantage of a cloudless, moonless night for some astrophotography. I did not disappoint, the location is fantastic, and very close to one of the darkest sky location in England. Very friendly and helpful owner I had a nice chat with. Will return here for more trips in the future for sure.
