I use this station all the time. As a disabled person, I often have to cancel my trip out, as I can't always do the steps to cross over to the opposite platform. Or I have to buy a ticket to the next station, which only has the one platform. Then wait for the train to get to where I was going. The staff are amazing though. I can't fault them in any way at all. They are the reason for the 5 stars. They're always ready to help me if I need it. But it's a pity these smaller stations are not manned for longer. The only shelter on one platform at crowborough station, is locked up when the staff finish for the day. So if it's bad weather, there's nowhere at all to shelter.

Very quiet- nice old station with coffee next door but not yet open after C19.

A small station. Doesn't get too busy.
Car park is small, though it allows 20mins free parking to collect passengers.
No toilet facilities available on the platforms or in the area.

Nice clean station, not manned 24hrs but a person can feel safe and secure there a lot of train issues sometimes especially round Christmas but that's to be expected they could keep the toilets open though that's the only issue I would say

Nothing special about this station. However a covered bridge (with lift, I think) is in the process of being completed. There is a cafe in the forecourt and another which is only open in the mornings adjacent to Crowborough Hill.
