I need to say a special thanks to MS Dalia who is very helpful, friendly, polite and attentive. The waiting time is very little, and I would say the best service is provided from this ADIB Branch. Besides Ms Dalia makes sure the customer requirements are completed with constant follow ups. Ms Dalia is an asset to ADIB, with her great customer orientation skills.
I like to extend my thanks to Ms Dalias assistant Ravi too for being a helpful individual.

I just visited this branch today and had a wonderful experience. The service was fast because of MS DAHLIA from helpdesk. She greeted with a smile and was very accomodating and polite. Honestly, there are only few bank representatives in UAE who is well trained and builds good rapport with clients and she is one of those few.

I would like to leave my latest review for my 2nd visit at ADIB Al Qusais branch, apparently I came there earlier to get my bank statement for visa processing requirements. I endorsed and appreciate the quality service which been given by CSR Madam in counter 5 ( unfortunately I forgot to get her name ), she did a very good approach and entertain me well. However, the teller on Counter 8, his approach doesn't seems good and impolite. Well he just raised his voice on me when he asked me to sign the paper without proper assistance. I didn't feel I'm welcome and the customer happiness service was not there. I also noticed his behavior on the next person approached him and I feel unhappy about it. Well I didn't face any issue from my first visit before but this time I got only issue towards the teller on counter 8 which have affected my mood during my visit.

Mr. Alaa is take extra miles to help me to open an account. I really appreciate his generousity, kind support. This kind of staff members will helpful to keep the bank name in forefront of the industry. Tanks a lot again.

I needed to open a personal account and my position in my company is the "Managing Director".
They kept asking for a "Trade License" despite me saying that I need a personal account. Providing all other documents but they wanted to get a trade license which I don't have because I'm not the owner but they don't understand.
