Very good service, but they close early at 2 pm. Also it not has that traffic. You can easily open your account but you should pay monthly 300 AED- and deposit 5000 AED to open a new account able to withdraw it later.

They have dedicated a small room for their business accounts customers!! The place is like storage room not bank !!! There is no numbers or tokens given when you enter and there is no one to help and no enough sits too ,,,

Parking lot is small and chaotic. No one managing it. Security guy waiting on queue machine that doesn’t work. Informed staff but they don’t care. Queue system is not working. 4 Customer service staff sitting around doing nothing. CS staff always on the phone even when they are serving your turn. Very bad service and management. Completely dissatisfied.

Very Long queues at teller. Takes 45 mins plus to do transaction... Only one teller and he was taking Emirati Clients without number... 6th Dec 1230pm ...

All service counters are empty but no1 to support teller ... Poor management

Bussniss department they don't have any experience . And when we compline to manger . She said go to anther branch because we are not professional in bussniss account . Actually just no comment about her answer

Dear Google
Kindly change the temporary closed status which is totally misleading to people it is not actually

It is working everyday from morning 8 to evening 5.Except Friday or if any special holiday

Good Bank not much crowded.i suggest this branch who has ADIB account
