It is one of the best banks I have worked with over the years in Dubai. Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim helped me last minute with a mangers cheque, although it was late night and just 10 minutes before closing time. I am happy that I have an account with this bank. Good job, ADIB, with hiring hard-working and helpful people.

Worst service ever, i waited 2 hours at the lobby, and the employees push someone they know instead people that they waited longtime, i just need to change my signature and i took 2 hours waiting, someone set beside me and suddenly he went the counter, counter number 7, 8, are the worst. No respect for line no respect for customer. They changed the design but they didn’t change the employee, you need to know someone if you want to take the service well.

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim helped me with an excellent customer service that I've ever received at this bank. He is setting an incredible example for the bank and likewise for his reputation. He went of his way to get the mangers signature and solved my problem within 15 minutes that would've taken me 2 days of multiple trips to complete. Great job to him I'm very pleased with the service I received.

After queuing for 10 minutes whilst they are working on the ATM machines you find out that they have no cash - asked the employee to post a sign but he really didn’t care - terrible service especially when you try to user the branch & they then ask you to go to the ATM machine!

Exceptional customer experience from the moment you step foot in the bank until the moment you leave, accompanied by an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Undoubtedly, this bank surpasses all others in the UAE. Having dealt with numerous banks over the span of 30 years, I can confidently state that this establishment stands above the rest. In particular, Mr. Faisal Moidu went above and beyond to secure the most favorable exchange rate from headquarters and dedicated his time to assist me throughout the entire wire transfer process. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at this branch for their outstanding service !

It’s one month I’m waiting for my opening bank they make u to look like joke and the customer service person do not care she only gives way to who she likes to talk to the manager very very disrespectful

Update:
Thank you for the response. We did receive a verification call followed by a follow up from Customer Service, who advised us to come to the branch physically and provide all documents again.

We tried explaining that we had done this twice and the rep refused to listen, just kept Repeating to come to the branch! We as non residents cannot afford to incur all these travel costs just to reappear the procedure again and again!!

We have had a bank account with ADIB since 2011, and for the past 3 years we are trying to have the status changed to non- resident since we left the country. We have physically visited this branch in January 2021, and September 2022 , spent a good amount on travelling expenses just to get this issue resolved.
We were here for 10 days last September and visited almost everyday. We filled a change of phone number form twice, provided all needed documents, physically verified our details, and yet the matter is still unresolved!
It is very frustrating, we cannot access our account, cannot communicate via ADIB WhatsApp because apparently our new number is still not registered. We have called ADIB Customer Care from abroad which resulted in an exorbitant phone bill and the same unresolved issue for us. Every time the issue a complain number and then close the complain stating that they could not reach us on the number on file (which we repeatedly tried to update to no avail)

There is no tellers. 5 mins i stand in front..after couple more minutes 1 came out.if im allowed to take photo i could have posted it.its like you wait or you can go.what a customer service they offer
