They suddenly stopped all our accounts, cards and online banking to start a KYC process which took two months until now and it's not yet completed cause every time I submit the required documents, the come back sayings " oh, we need more documents" and it takes time to get these official documents done, and it takes them ages to respond and I've been in this cycle for more than two months dealing with a single person, her name is Amara who literally acting like a robot.
Imagine having no access to your business bank accounts for two months, how can you run your business..

when I asked about what exact risks, and what extra docs I can provide in order to mitigate this risks for the banks, I've got no reply from manager. he even stopped talking to me...
completely not client oriented without aspiration to make an attempt to figure out all details in order to make client profile and application.
just regret about wasting my time with them.
