Absolutely horrible experience at the business section . Came in to ask a simple question and manager ( Sameer ) started screaming at me and telling me to step back out of the window ! Then approached so close and raised his voice at me again : step back out of here ! How is that even acceptable? I wish I have known his name …. Where is it to make a proper complaint on a bank level ! This is not the first time I encounter his presence when I’m at business section !! Absolutely unbelievable that at our age and date to have bank managers being so rude and aggressive! I’ve been banking here for 2 years and this unacceptable !!!

One of the best bank in the UAE.
Although banking with another UAE banks, since 7 years my personal and business bank account held here as well.

worst customer service and worst branch staff specially ahmed Ali very unhelpful and rude will never ever recommend this branch to anyone because of ahmed will deactivate my account with ADIB.

ADIB is a simply a trap for startups, please avoid it by all means.

They suddenly stopped all our accounts, cards and online banking to start a KYC process which took two months until now and it's not yet completed cause every time I submit the required documents, the come back sayings " oh, we need more documents" and it takes time to get these official documents done, and it takes them ages to respond and I've been in this cycle for more than two months dealing with a single person, her name is Amara who literally acting like a robot.

Imagine having no access to your business bank accounts for two months, how can you run your business..

Unprofessional and unproductive ..

Terrible experience of account opening attempt. All officially requested docs, as per bank requirements provided, even extra docs as per manager request. rather than decline my application initially, they've looked at my docs and finally told that it's high risk for them and I should know myself why (the passport for sure)...
when I asked about what exact risks, and what extra docs I can provide in order to mitigate this risks for the banks, I've got no reply from manager. he even stopped talking to me...
completely not client oriented without aspiration to make an attempt to figure out all details in order to make client profile and application.
just regret about wasting my time with them.

Waste of time. Do everything online and pray that you dont need to go in branch. Waited 30 minutes, my ticket number got skipped. Thye are also slow.

Wanted to do a lot of business with them but this level of service is atrocious.
