went to get a bank statement, booked an online appointment . Process was very smooth and Mr. Mohammad Jaffar was the one processing my request. Very pleasant and friendly , making jokes and entertaining the conversation while taking side requests from other customers. So far I have not had a bad experience with this ADIB branch . I hope other branches would follow.

I had good experience here. There is always less queue. And your turn comes faster as work is also done by the staffs in a fast pace. You can even book for a token number from the app before you physically appear in the branch- a bit tricky to determine the correct time though. Very comfortable seating arrangements while you wait. There is free coffee and water from dispensers for the customers too. Airy atrium inside the building. This is walking distance from the Business Bay metro station. Comfortable parking.
I went two days and both days I did my business with counter no 2. Staff and it was done satisfactorily. Staffs are pro-active.
Compared to the Deira branch this was heaven.

Atrocious bank - the service is absolutely horrendous! Sat waiting over an hour only for the man to not even be willing to open a bank account for me because he was too busy thinking about leaving work on a Friday. Absolutely horrible - zero service and old fashioned system. Employees need better training than this and their banking system definitely needs upgrading. UPDATE * They have still not responded to my email nor addressed my concerns, I would completely avoided.

I visited ADIB Sh. Zayed branch today and i waited for more than 20 minutes for the teller and then when my turn came i met Ms. Zahra and asked her that i want to deposit 40,000 AED but all in Dh10 and Dh20 notes and easily she just said (no sorry I can’t do this as I’m busy) if you are busy then who can do my job?! I asked to meet the branch manager as i saw she have no right not to accept the cash and then with a very impolite way she asked me to wait until she will call her supervisor Mr. Shaheen Sayed Omar who came out of his office twice without coming to see what is my issue. I asked the teller Ms. Zahra 3 times that i need the supervisor name as i want to raise a complaint and she refused giving me his name which i saw it by myself on the badge on his shirt.

Finally I didn’t deposit anything and left the bank, and just for your information that I’m a gold VIP member in ADIB

Comparing to other banks in dubai, ADIB is declining, customer service is the worst, and nobody cares

One of the best personal banking in the UAE, if not the best. You rarely need to visit the branch and when required adib hired professionals to assist. Faris in customer service is professional and very welcoming

I am reducing the stars for ADIB. Because since my last visit I applied for a satelment and paid all the amount and now waiting for clearn certificate.which was confirmed it is ready for collection. But when the representative from other bank go to collect they say it can't be collected because they didn't deduct AED52.50. Although there is enough money in the account. I raised 2 complains in the call center. And still nothing was solved. Next action I will go to HQ and report a complain. They don't deserve the 5 stars and their services become more worise. Advise for all go to other banks not ADIB

This branch of ADIB is Better than the other branches. The place is wide and you feel more welcomed. There are more active counters, less crowded location, more seating and less waiting time. Would definitely come back here again.
