Apex stepped in when we were let down by another taxi firm. Great response and superb customer service all round. Surprisingly reasonable too. Would thoroughly recommend ????

As an executive service I would have at least expected the driver to open the doot for my wife, particularly on the return pick-up when there was heavy rain. I would have also expected the driver to be wearing a jacket and not a zip up cardigan.
It was also not good to see the 'Tyre Pressure Warning Light' on during the trip out and trip back considering 80% of the journey was on a motorway. This was not good for customer confidence in maintenance of the car.
I have experienced a true 'Executive Service' many times and apart from the fact that it was an Audi A6 estate it could just as easily been an Uber trip.

Apex do the airport transfers for all our staff and overseas visitors and have courteous drivers, always on time with clean cars and will always support us with very late bookings.
The office staff are always very helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to suit our requirements.
I would highly recommend Apex for any airport transfers.
