Worst experience, bad service, bad food quality and taste. The main thing is we need to wait an hour to get food even if its ready. Very Very Very Bad Service.

And one of their branch nearby called hillbake also same. There higher price too

Best in set of meals...
But after 1.pm sold out. After that they forcing to get biriyani, and fried rice.
It's too salted....

Morning breakfast is very nice...
So better for the local mechanics and labour's

We purchased a kitchen in January this year ,but unfortunately due to the disorganisation and the chaos experienced, we had to cancel the order in the May following on from the constant chasing and due to the installers not showing up. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and whilst B&Q recognised this , it still took seven weeks for us to receive the refund. The B&Q business model does not lend itself well to putting customers at the centre of the service they should receive.

I needed ironmongery for a new garden shed.
They had it all and were very helpful.
When I asked for a self-assembly shelf, they didn't have any on display but the sales-person
remembered one they had seen in the storeroom and went to get it for me. Result!
Good team, great service!

Great product choice and excellent value especially plants.
Natalie managed to find the one item I was looking for; it was the last one they had and she managed to find it. Nice lady.

Went to collect 2 tubes of mastic which was ordered on line, they will only accept passport, driving licence or card used to order to collect, so I had emails and text from them on my phone also the last 4 digits of card used in my Google wallet and bus pass with my name and picture on it. All it needed was somebody to use the gray stuff between there ears to see it was the right person. Nope still not good enough I can appreciate if it was for a lot of money but for 10 quid na.
So will not be spending any more money in there and they wonder why screwfix are doing so well.

I purchased a number of turfs today, I asked a man from b & Q if he could help me load them onto the trolley, i Said would get a trolley, he said he would get it, which he did, he loaded the on the trolley, then met me at the tills then took the trolley to my car and loaded them into my car, he’s name was Stephen. Such a lovely polite, helpful man he is a credit to B & Q Whitstable

What a waste of space. B&Q have really gone downhill over the years. The buildings look tired, the products are expensive and variety of items in store is inadequate. Better off going to Homebase.

We found this place very low on choices of paint they had in stock. Other wise store were fine, fast service and friendly.

Clean environment and well signposted to the items I wanted.
A new self check out was even better with attentive staff close by to assist if required
