I can’t describe in words how bad this açaí is. Just look at the photos. Does that look appetizing to you? And on top of that there was a piece of HAIR in my açaí!!! DISGUSTING!! Look at the peanut butter. That doesn’t look or taste like peanut butter. Sooo gross!!! Don’t order from here. I don’t know how it has such a high rating on talabat but my experience was nothing more than a ZERO.

I ordered from Talabat, and it was not bad. However, if you order directly from the place, I'm not sure you would receive the same quality. I got the summer bundle and the acai was a bit sour but it was overall good and the avocado toast was very nice. It was true to price and generally good.

Why is it so bad reviews??? It’s one of the best açai in Dubai, we order it 3 times a week, it’s the best!!!

Terrible. Ordered from the Arkan branch and a large. It was appalling. Nothing in it and just a mess. Never again

i dont know how this place took 4.5 review stars on talabat !!!!!!
its the worst acai ever , 1st the toppings more than the acai ice cream itself
2nd it taste horrible or u know its tasteless
3rd the packaging very cheap

i hate that my daughter was excited to eat ice cream and once she saw the granolla more that the acai itself lost her appetite .
i promise i will tell everyone about that and never buy from u

Ordered the Hawaiian Beach acai bowl (medium). It arrived in a foil wrap (not the usual packaging in other acai spots I’ve tried).

For the price-point (I got 50% off) I think the taste is okay. Add a little honey to it if you have one at home/work. It’ll taste better.

I don’t even wanna give it 1 star. The food tasted old, cheap and tasteless. I have never had an acai like this. Definitely not worth the money and on top of that, they are not reachable. I do not recommend this place. 0 stars!
