The Drive Thru experience by Ace was excellent. Instantly you receive a text message confirming your order, followed by a WhatsApp message with instructions on how to reach the location.

On Arrival the staff at the parking entrance greeted and rushed in to their store with the order number to fetch the item. Within a minute Abhin walked out of the store, with my purchased item and handed it over with a smile.

Excellent customer service and very convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ace Hardware in Festival Plaza and was extremely impressed with the customer service I received. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Michael answered all my questions and provided me with great advice on what products to purchase, he even offered to help me carry my items to the counter. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Friendly, helpful and patient staff that always give you the time of day and assist you with any of your needs, particularly Alex in the paint section who goes above and beyond to get you exactly the right products for the job.

Useless customer service. Bought a product and it broke in 7 days with very minimal use and the duty manager "Syed" and Customer Care Representative "Cristina" didn't even bother to offer a replacement or repair for the product. If you want to pay money for worthless products and have no customer care when they break, this is the store for you!

Simply a terrible experience at Ace. No customer service or assistance. They forgot to give me the receipt and said it would be no issue to return using my registered number as they could pull the transaction - well GUESS WHAT! Nothing by more issues. OmG this was a minor transaction that the staff couldn't figure out. Never shopping here again!!

Went there to buy an oven. It wasn't long until a staff member (Ayrann i think) came up to us and asked us if he could help. He found the most affordable option for our budget and waited patiently while we made a decision, he then helped us place an order and made sure it would get to us in time.
