The worst development company ever, Kensington Manor building in JVC Dubai got handed over when it wasn't at all ready to be handed over. Too many problems and safety issues with the building. They are not to be trusted and are not helpful at all. We have spent too much money trying to fix the problems they created. Hugely unprofessional organization. DO NOT TRUST

Yet again today visited Ryman to send a letter express to Europe..As before I was served by the lovely Christine, politely,efficiently, patiently and with a smile
.She is a lovely young woman who epitomises all that is good about customer Service. Thanks Christine for being so welcoming and friendly...It is very much appreciated..

The worst Ryman I have ever visited. The price of printing a single page is criminal. But what was worse was the staff member's attitude when she asked if I minded her serving two other people behind me first. When I said "no I'm in a hurry", she pulled a face and apologised to the other people. Why? I was waiting longer than them, but she made out that I was causing such a big inconvenience. She apologised again to the lady waiting when I was leaving. In the effort to appear "nice" she was being rude. On top of that she didn't even really know how to print a page properly, despite charging £2.77 for it. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place for anything. Avoid.

Went in to have four pictures enlarged. Admittedly they were only pictures of puzzles I wanted to do but it was important to me. The manageress didn't know how to work the photocopier and when I got home I found all four pictures were incomplete. Won't be going there again

Lauraine helped me wonderfully for many minutes last Wednesday by helping me choose frames, trim my photographs and place them in the frames. She couldn’t have done more to help and really took a lot of trouble. Thank you Lauraine.

All the staff at Banbury store are so very helpful whenever I go in to send parcels. They are well informed and amazingly cheerful, it's a real pleasure to be served by them.
