I recently had a poor experience with my bank. They held my account without warning or proper explanation, and asked me to come into a branch to sign papers in order for them to return money that was mistakenly sent to my account. This is not an appropriate or fair practice. The bank should have handled the situation internally and contacted the individuals who sent the money to my account to work out a solution without involving me.

Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful and did not provide any explanation for their actions. This type of treatment is unacceptable and I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I will be taking further actions to address this issue and ensure it doesn't happen again in the future
